What is an insurance portfolio checkup?
An insurance portfolio checkup is a structured review of all your active products — life, health, personal accident, mortgage, pension, study funds and provident funds. We pull data from Har HaBituach and the pension clearinghouse, locate duplications, gaps and excessive management fees, and present a clear picture of what is unnecessary, what is missing and where you can save.
Duplicate insurance & overlaps
- Spot duplicate policies across more than one company
- Compare identical coverages you're paying for twice
- Cancel smartly — without leaving you exposed
- Lower your monthly premium
Coverage gaps
- Missing coverage for health, life and personal accident
- Match the policy to your family — couples, kids, mortgage
- Coverage for self-employed, reservists and special groups
- A clear plan to close the gaps without overpaying
Pension & management fees
- Analyze fees in pension and provident funds
- Compare investment tracks and historical returns
- Review survivor and disability coverage
- Recommendation: stay and negotiate, or move
How the checkup works
A simple, transparent process — in Hebrew, Russian or English. Fully remote, no complicated paperwork.
Send basic details
A short form or a WhatsApp message — no complicated paperwork. Most clients finish this step in under three minutes.
Pull data from Har HaBituach
With your permission we pull data from Har HaBituach and the pension clearinghouse to see the full picture of every policy and fund.
Identify overlaps and gaps
We review the portfolio in depth — duplicate insurance, missing coverage, fees and investment tracks — and summarize the findings in a short, clear report.
Meeting and recommendations
A short meeting online or in Kiryat Gat. We go over each finding together, present options and decide what to change — or leave as is.
Who benefits most from a checkup
Useful for anyone who holds insurance — but in some cases the savings are particularly significant
Families with children
Comprehensive review of family policies, overlap between parents and coverage for every child.
New or existing mortgage
Make sure life insurance and structure-mortgage cover are the right size and price.
Self-employed and business owners
Without an employer's coverage, disability, life and private health insurance must be in order.
After a major life change
Marriage, birth, divorce or a new job — that's the time to update.

No cost, no obligation
The checkup is free of charge — you're never required to make changes.
What you can lose without a checkup
Paying twice for the same coverage
Many clients discover only later that they pay two companies for the same insurance.
Coverage gaps in the moment of truth
A 10-year-old policy may no longer match the life you live today.
Higher management fees than needed
A 0.5% gap in management fees can compound into a meaningful difference over time — depending on accumulation, ongoing deposits and the number of years until retirement.

FAQ — Insurance portfolio checkup
Everything to know before getting started
Yes. The portfolio checkup is free and does not commit you to making any change. If you choose to act through me afterwards, I may receive a commission from the insurer or institutional body in accordance with the law and the required disclosure.
Usually an Israeli ID and access to Har HaBituach or the pension clearinghouse is enough. If you don't have access, I'll help you create an account and pull the data. You can also share existing policy PDFs.
The information on the website is general only. The checkup itself includes personal guidance under my insurance-agent license, based on the data you provide. Either way, the final decision — to change a policy or not — is always yours.
The review covers leading insurance companies and institutional bodies — pension funds, provident funds and study funds — subject to available data, your authorization, and my active arrangements.
We recommend once every two years, or right after a major event — marriage, birth, divorce, buying a home, changing jobs or going self-employed. Life changes — and so should your insurance.
Duplicate insurance is when two or more policies cover the same event. With indemnity coverage (e.g. medical expenses) you usually can't collect twice — meaning you're paying double premiums for nothing.
Not at all. Before cancelling, we make sure replacement coverage is already in force and that no medical conditions would be re-underwritten on worse terms. A rushed cancellation can cause more harm than good.
